Homemade, all-natural Peanut Butter is perfect for a healthy snack. It's so tasty and easy to make!

  • Yield: approx. 1 cup peanut butter

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 ounces (2 cups) unsalted peanuts*
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts in a food processor and process until crumbly like the texture of almond meal. Sprinkle the salt over top and continue to process until it has reached the consistency of a smooth nut butter. Wipe down the processor with a spatula during this process if needed.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

*I used Planters Roasted and Unsalted Peanuts, which I found at Target. You can also find unsalted peanuts and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
