Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocado

  • Yield: 6 stuffed avocado halves


A fresh, simple, and healthy lunch or side dish packed with lean proteins and healthy fats.


  • one 12-ounce can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in water
  • 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 avocados, pitted and halved


  1. Drain water from tuna. Combine with yogurt, celery, chives, lime juice, and olive oil and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Scoop tuna into halved avocados. Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper before serving.
