"CANDY CORN" PUMPKIN CUPCAKES

WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Moist and tender pumpkin spice cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting in a candy corn-colored swirl. Easily made gluten-free!

Cupcake Ingredients:

1. Preheat oven and prep  a muffin pan with liners.

2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Mix the wet ingredients in a second bowl.

4. Fold the wet into the dry to form a thick batter.

5. Scoop into muffin cups and bake.

Frosting Ingredients:

1. Beat together the butter and cream cheese.

2. Beat in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.

3. Divide into 3 portions and add food color.

4. Pipe frosting and garnish with sprinkles!
